N + ながらに/ながらの Example : a. 人間は生まれながらにして平等である。 All men are created equal. b. 彼は自らのつらい体験を涙ながらに語った。 She talked in tears about her painful experience.c. 彼女は片手をのどへやってむせび泣きながらの話なので、終りのほうはよく聞きとれなかった。 She put her hand to her throat, and a choking sob cut short the sentence.
ないではおかない/ずにはおかない
V-ない (－ない) + ずにはおかない Example : a. 息子は一流の音楽家になるといって家を出た。大変だが、きっと目的を達成しないではおかないだろう。 My son wants to become a top-notch musician so he left home. It's tough but his dream will definitely come true. b. 今度こそ、本当のことを言わせないではおかないぞ。 I'll definitely make you spill the truth this time.c. 新企画の中止が決まろうとしているが、担当した者たちは反対しないではおかないだろう。 We're deciding on the discontinuance of the new project, but those who are in charge of it will oppose for sure.
ないではすまない/ずにはすまない
V-ない (－ない) + ずにはすまない Example : a. 人の心を傷つけてしまったなら、謝らないではすまない。 When you hurt someone's feelings, you must apologize. b. うそがばれてしまったら、本当のことを教えないではすまない。 When you get busted for your lies, you must tell the truth.c. お金を黙って持ち出したなんて、親に知られたら叱られないではすまないぞ。 If your parents know that you took the money without permission, you will definitely be scolded.
